Acrylic on Canvas This painting was inspired by my experiences with hypocritical people. They display their beauty while you are present yet in your absence, they expose their dark side.
Acrylic on Canvas The concept behind this painting was very simple. Even during the darkest circumstances, we can still be hopeful. No matter what we are faced with, there's always a silver lining behind the darkness. Good will always surface if you choose to believe that you can overcome darkness.
Acrylic on Canvas This painting represents the color variation of the human race. The canvas became my avenue to express how we should all see each other. Regardless of our skin color, religion, gender or sexual orientation, we are all created from the same energy and by the same creator.
Acrylic on Canvas The woman in the beautiful gown is trapped and repeatedly abused by her partner. The harsh words surrounding her represent how she is treated. On her body I illustrate how she feels about the abuse. I think that it's important for us not to judge one another and to be open-minded - Outward appearances do not define the individual.
Acrylic on Canvas I believe that in life we all have someone who is constantly watching over us. They will do anything to protect and comfort us, regardless of the opinion of others.
